Jackson, the manager, was consistently friendly and helpful. The yard outside is lovely with cats, birds, and even cotton rats. However, the place feels neglected: there was no hot water in the shower even after it was fixed, the pool was dirty, and the entire outdoor kitchen looked unclean and poorly maintained.
