“Pessima”
The place was filthy and the host was rude, no positives to mention; the mess, lack of courtesy, and the price didn't match the property.

The view was beautiful, but getting there was hard because the road was rough; there’s agrotourism and others profiting, the house was dark, poorly arranged, and the outside looked abandoned; cleaning inside was questionable, the bathroom equipment was old, the shower was awful, kitchen supplies were mismatched and scarce, only an Italian coffee maker for one cup – not suitable for a family of three or four; one room had twin beds with ultra‑thin mattresses (bad for your back); the pool was a raised tube with dubious water, no terrace next to our building, so outdoor life was limited – you can’t enjoy the magnificent view!
The setting is evocative, the host is kind and helpful, the historic building is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a hangout with friends; however, utility costs aren’t included in the daily rate – I’d advise the lady to set a final price that covers all expenses.

The scenery was nice, close to Florence and other interesting sites, absolutely quiet; but getting there was VERY DIFFICULT: a dangerous road, plus a very worn‑out passenger area despite a new microwave, and the cooking equipment was insufficient and outdated.
