The hotel is well located, Ribeauvillé is a pleasant town where it’s nice to stroll and eat out. The hotel is pleasant, the room was calm and comfortable. The staff were very kind and the reception warm. The breakfast is hearty.

The hotel is very nice and has for me a typical atmosphere for the beautiful Alsace. In particular we also liked the location very much. The staff are very friendly and speak, among other languages, German, which is not common, but was very helpful for us because we unfortunately did not learn French. The room was a bit small, but very clean. Two nights were enough; for a longer period I would not book it. The size of the attic room is not suitable for a longer stay.

The couple of managers are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is hyper well located in the centre of the small town of Ribeauvillé. Note that there are only 5 parking spaces in the hotel courtyard, so book in advance. Everything was perfect, we will come back for sure.

The hotel sits right in the center, so strolling around is a breeze. The shower was comfortable, and the room layout was very practical. Having the staff always at the reception gave me peace of mind. When I mentioned it was a wedding anniversary, they decorated the bed adorably. The hospitality here is truly wonderful—thanks! It was a scorching day, and while the lack of an air‑con was fine, I was disappointed that there was no portable fan. I had to rely on the ceiling fan, which blows air straight onto my face whenever I’m on the bed, leaving my skin, nose, and throat extremely dry. A small portable fan would have made it perfect.

The hotel is a charming spot right in the heart of town and has everything you need for a night’s stay. The breakfast was suitable, and although parking isn’t right next to the hotel, it’s free and very close.
