You have to register 24 hours before you arrive to receive the code; when you get there you can’t contact anyone because everything must be done online, and they don’t answer calls. The café next door is a different service and they can’t guide you there.

The staff were super friendly and offered an alternative payment method when my card didn’t work, and they also helped me store my luggage. The place is very small, the windows aren’t aluminum so street noise gets in, and the live service they provide feels pricey.
