Everything was perfect: we received a wonderfully warm welcome, the room was comfortable with a brilliant sea view, breakfast was delicious, and we’re definitely returning. There was nothing to complain about.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the windows could have been a little clearer; that’s the only issue.

The breakfast was nice, but my bedroom on the top floor was a problem for me because I suffer from angina. The room on the bottom floor would have been better.

The room was poor—no ensuite, so we had to walk down a corridor for both toilet and shower, and it was hard to get the shower to the right temperature. Breakfast was pretty good and the location was fine. The room definitely needs an ensuite, and the hotel never mentioned that it wasn’t available. It’s two flights up with no lift, which is a bit awkward.

The location was amazing, the hotel team was very helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was great. However, there was no full‑length mirror in the wardrobe or room, and the toiletries were missing; the dispensers were empty.
