The setting and ambience were very pleasant, yet the maintenance of the facilities was lacking; in the apartment I stayed in the bathroom door wouldn’t close, it was very noisy, and the toilet lid was broken.

All the food was great, almost every staff member had excellent service, but there was water leakage in the bathroom, mold on the furniture, spider webs everywhere, and overall poor maintenance.
