The place is very clean and stylish, with a shared kitchen that has almost everything you might need. The bathroom is spotless. You can park on the street without paying. Getting to downtown Berlin is easy via one bus and one metro.

Nothing was right; the guy was very irresponsible, made me wait over an hour in cold snow, then threatened me with the police – a truly bad experience. Now they’re sending me messages again, threatening to inform the police.

The location of the property is great, but the TV was set to PayTV by default and only tech‑savvy people could change it. The heating wouldn’t turn on, so in December when it was –3°C I had to keep the second blanket on.

I was in Berlin on business on 26.11. and talked to the host that night; we agreed he’d email me the overnight bill by Sunday, 30.11. I’m still waiting for it, even after sending him texts and WhatsApp messages, because I was traveling for work. I have the money, so the bill is the only issue… maybe I’ll investigate further to see if everything’s in order.
