I was there for a concert from the Giessener Kultursommer series and stayed at Sletz Parkhotel. You can tell it's owner‑run, hosts very friendly, atmosphere warm. Felt very welcome and comfortable. My room had a small balcony, also nice, and breakfast buffet was great, everything tasty. I can only recommend Sletz Parkhotel. Nothing to complain about.

After a route change we happened upon Hotel Sletz and were pleasantly surprised! We were warmly received and, despite spontaneous booking and high occupancy, got two adjacent rooms after a bit of room juggling—great! The car could stay on the property in a garage. Rooms bright, friendly, modern, very clean. Next morning we enjoyed what may be the best breakfast in a long time. Such a wide selection, freshly prepared, plus fresh bakery rolls, delicious. Thanks to the kitchen witch! The hotel is conveniently located and ideal for a layover. We'll definitely remember it. Nothing to complain about.

Good, well‑maintained city hotel in a good location. Our room was large and bathroom very good. Breakfast more than enough. Very good! Nothing to complain about, nothing missing.

Third bed. Free parking. Ordinary boring breakfast. Lack of sheets on mattresses, only mattress pads. One bed had only bare mattress. No bag in trash can. Refrigerator not working. Dust everywhere. Mold and rust present. Breakfast mostly store items except omelette.
