The location is great, a walk in the park is very nice and the BiowellnessArea is super relaxing; we had it mostly to ourselves. The hotel is well maintained, the staff very friendly and the restaurant Tkalnia offers high quality with regional products. Breakfast is very abundant. Best value for money. Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about. For this price, with breakfast and as a couple, you can’t find comparable quality in Germany.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly, helpful, and smiling. The restaurant served a great dinner, and the white poppy seed dessert was fantastic. The outdoor spa was superb. The only downside was the uneven floor in the room; we kept bumping our heads and had to lean over, something we weren’t told about. The TV wasn’t working properly, so we couldn’t watch a movie all the time – it kept cutting out. Everything else was flawless.

The staff were friendly, the surroundings lovely, and the place was quiet. The food at the restaurant was good. The spa disappointed us; the showers, cabins, towels, and resting area could use improvements.

We’ve been here three times already. We again praise the pleasant environment, excellent breakfasts, and unique wellness. The only issue was a dog barking in the neighboring room.
