How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I liked its character. The front door window was broken, and it got worse inside. My room, although clean, smelled damp and also needs a fresh coat of paint. The shower had no cold water and the entire shower head just fell off the wall…

The location was good, close to bus routes and easy to get to. We only received one key card for the room.

The bed was comfortable. There was no TV, the furniture was old, and there were stains everywhere.

The staff were good, but everything else was a problem.

The location was close to Canal Street, yet the carpet was mucky and the walls were dirty.
