The view is among the best in the area, and the hotel is run by locals who are naturally kind and knowledgeable about the region, providing all the information you need. Everything else was great.

The staff were very friendly. There were many restaurants nearby, the room was cleaned well, and we could borrow umbrellas. It was noisy, but that’s typical for other spots in Panajachel. There was a bit of mold on the bathroom wall.

The terraces were perfect, cozy, and offered an amazing view. The whole hotel was beautiful, and the owner was very hospitable.

A warm welcome greeted us, the terrace offers a lovely view of the lake, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent. The room itself was quite small and a bit dark and stuffy, with only one window.
