Breakfast presentation and cleanliness were excellent, the host was very kind and helpful; however, the accommodation wasn’t ready for the fifth person when I arrived, and they had to move the bed until I got there late.

Nos fue imposible alojarnos en el establecimiento, ya que al momento de nuestra llegada no se encontraba la persona encargada y no había nadie disponible para recibirnos o brindarnos acceso al lugar. Adicionalmente, un amigo a quien personalmente le recomendé este alojamiento realizó un pago y tampoco pudo hospedarse por la misma situación. Ante lo ocurrido, se solicitó el reembolso del dinero, pero no recibimos una solución adecuada y, por el contrario, se nos indicó que la única opción era regresar al alojamiento y completar el pago restante, argumentando que no realizan devoluciones. Dadas las circunstancias y la falta de cumplimiento por parte del establecimiento, resulta imposible volver a confiar en el servicio ofrecido. Por ello, solicitamos únicamente el reembolso de los valores pagados, teniendo en cuenta que el servicio contratado nunca fue prestado. Queremos la devolución del dinero, ya que no fuimos nosotros los que incumplimos, fue por parte del establecimiento lo cual pues nos molesta demasiado

The view is great, but the staff don’t reply quickly and hand over the cabin and then ignore you. The water supply is very limited for showers.
