Ricardo’s service was helpful, courteous, and polite, yet the whole place was in bad shape: no air‑conditioning, the TV malfunctioned, the shower curtain was torn, the suite entrance door was deteriorating, the hallway had air‑conditioning units dripping into buckets, the breakfast was of very poor quality, and you had to leave the suite key at reception every time you left the lodge.

The best thing about Pousada Laguna Beach Club was its great, convenient location, which is definitely a highlight. My stay was pleasant, but I was bothered by dogs roaming freely around the property, even near the pool and breakfast area. It’s not pleasant or hygienic to eat with animals so close, and I think the lodge should improve this for guest comfort.

I really appreciated how they treated me and my family, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were excellent, but the lower‑floor bathrooms were missing toilet paper.

“Descaso em questão de limpeza”

The place was calm with a beach view, but the cleanliness was terrible: the floor was filthy when I arrived, they didn’t clean before I entered or after I left the next day, I left the keys at reception during cleaning, the floor stayed dirty when I returned, the bathroom box floor was greasy, I had to wear flip‑flops to avoid slipping, and they only took out the trash from the bin—wasteful and awful.

“Tranquilo”

The lodge was quiet and the room was spacious, but it needs maintenance: the bathroom leaked, there was no soap, and the towels were very thin.
