We’ve stayed here many times, so I can say the location is spot on; the staff went above and beyond to let us know we’d left a personal, sentimental item, and we’re thrilled it will be returned, so we’ll definitely come back to Tomar and this hotel for all our comfort and friendliness needs.

The location was quiet, the staff were friendly, and the place stayed clean, but the left sash of the window wouldn’t stay open and kept slapping because of the wind, and when we asked for croissants the basket stayed empty.
