The room was a good size, clean, and the AC worked well; the staff were friendly. The bed, however, was extremely firm—too firm for my wife.

I didn’t have time to try the breakfast, but the location was great. The ice machine on the floor I stayed on was broken.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. I also liked the outdoor sitting area, though the patio couch had no cushions, so only the two tables were usable. Breakfast was great—I just wish there were flavored creamers to mix with the half‑and‑half. A few things to note: in room 310 the ceiling above the toilet is peeling, the wall outside the tub near the door is warping and peeling, and the middle ceiling light flickered and sometimes didn’t turn on. Two of the elevators were out during my stay. When I arrived on 5/28/26 a new key system was being installed, which made getting my key a bit of a hassle; I had to be let into the room first and get keys later. The pool was not inviting—dark and dreary. When my brother arrived that night, he had his reservation and proof, but the desk didn’t have it in their system, so it took some time to sort out, though he eventually got a room (thanks).
