“Were closed but still take your money”

I checked in during a major heat wave and was looking forward to the pool, but it was closed for 6 of my 7‑day stay. Laundry was closed all week, and none of this was disclosed at check‑in. All of it.

“Horrible”

I arrived to find the carpet and room filthy, the fridge leaked onto my food, the luggage cart was hard to push because the wheels were covered in duct tape, the breakfast was terrible, and the room had a strong mold odor. No positives to mention.

One staff member. Almost everything the pool was dirty & cloudy couldn’t use the hot tub , I couldn’t use the fire pit it wouldn’t turn on , the grill had no propane to use , the bed had bed bugs and crumbs in the pull out couch , microwave was dirty beds have stains in it fridge had a stink smell & freezer didn’t even freeze my stuff

“"Can't wait to stay again without the kiddo's”

The hotel was stunning, and Mryna was an exceptional hostess! The pool was closed, but Mryna directed us to a new nearby spot to swim, which was amazing.
