The view from the room was gorgeous and the blankets were plenty for the chilly nights. But we had to keep asking for basic stuff – only one set of towels for two people, no toilet paper until we asked. The shared bathroom was a real adventure: barely any water in the shower, no curtain, broken tiles, walls looking rough, and the door was stuck open by about two centimeters.

The family was sweet and welcoming, but the room was nothing like the pictures. Most of the photos don’t match what you actually get, so the place needs to update its listings.

The room was cozy and warmer than I expected. The staff were very friendly and even made breakfast for us before it was scheduled. The shower had very little power, and with the cold it felt a bit harsh, but overall it was fine.

The location and terrace were great, but the reception was downright unfriendly. We booked a room with a private bathroom, but the lady told us it was actually a shared one and called us liars. We ended up with the shared bathroom at the price of a private one. It’s far from the rooms, so you have to step out into the cold at night, and there’s only one for all guests, so you often have to wait. On the last day the toilet was clogged and she wouldn’t fix it because she said she didn’t have time.

The place is close to restaurants and the village center, which is convenient. But the breakfast is weak – it would be better if they offered something simpler and more nutritious, like scrambled eggs with bread, instead of the current sugary, carb-heavy options.
