Not much to say, rooms are clean, but the hotel is clearly past its prime and needs a complete overhaul.

I’ve stayed here several times and the rooms are always nice and clean; I’d say it offers good value for money, but the underground garage was under construction and has been since last year, so we had to park in an unsecured open‑air lot a block and a half away up a hill, making lugging bags back and forth a challenge.

Friendly staff, but the fire panel was on alarm, so we had to park a block away on another street because the parking garage was out of service; we also found a mess in the room that made us question what else might not have been cleaned.

“Pleasant, caring and helpful staff.”

I didn’t know beforehand that renovations were happening, especially in the parking area, yet the staff helped me with my mobility needs so I could get in safely and easily.
