Friendly staff, great location, breakfast was excellent, and Saturday happy hour was pretty fun – I’d definitely come back. Next time I’ll book a sea‑view room because the city‑view ones are wind‑blown; we stayed in room 304 on tower 2, right in front of the kids’ pool, and by 9 am the bucket‑filling noise started again.

The kids had a blast with the recreation options, but the food was subpar and cold, a recurring issue for me that has led me to cut back on meals and I plan to keep cutting them.

I was impressed by the receptionist’s warm welcome and efficiency, especially since I was traveling with my elderly parents; she handled everything smoothly. The elevator was slow, the juice at the wet deck took 20–30 minutes, but the drinks were served quickly.
