The location was overwhelmingly good, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Overall the hotel’s vibe and the entrance area are nice, and the location is great—just a five‑minute walk to the sea and surrounded by countless cafés, massage places and everything else you could want. However, the showers are a nightmare; no matter how carefully you shower, a puddle forms on the floor. We stayed 16 nights (two people) and were given only one key, with the request for a second being denied. I tipped the cleaning staff 80‑100 k VND daily, yet the housekeeping was subpar; I left the money on a dusty glass shelf that they never even wiped down. In the evenings the whole hotel goes into “economy mode”: the lobby air‑conditioners are switched off and the front doors are left open so people don’t suffocate, while a stall at the entrance fries everything with a ton of garlic, and the smell reaches the elevators. Reception staff clearly don’t care, ignoring you even when you tip them, and they avoid any contact when you have questions. Breakfast is terrible, aimed at Chinese‑Korean guests, with boiled eggs served every other day and only yogurt and fruit otherwise; make it paid or improve the menu, and extend the serving time past 10:00 am (it ends at 10:00, and by 09:50 a staff member is already putting up a sign that it’s over). The pool area has very few loungers, and the attendant is rude, policing towel usage so strictly that taking one extra earns an immediate remark, yet no one checks when guests leave towels on the racks. There are only about 22‑23 sunbeds. At checkout they spent 20 minutes inspecting the room and somehow found a half‑drunk bottle of water; the minibars don’t work at all. I won’t set foot there again.

I’ve been coming back this year just like last year because the spot, the facilities and the front desk are all solid, and watching the night view from the pool is fantastic – it’s hard to find a better place for a family trip.
