Nothing at all except a parking space! First of all, the hotel name isn’t GRAND MILLENNIUM; it’s HOTEL OCASSIA BLISS. The receptionist was terrible during check‑in, giving me a wrong room that wasn’t even clean. After I asked, they changed it but the room still had a horrible smell. I can’t even get a proper printed invoice! There was no proper arrangement for breakfast, and there were NO AMENITIES IN THE ROOM.

The hotel room’s amenities need improvement, and the staff should be more polite and friendly. The reception’s response to room instructions during check‑in, stay, and checkout was unclear.

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel in my 40 years of traveling, so you can imagine the issues we ran into. There was literally no drinking water, the room was filthy with blood stains, the dustbins were uncovered, and the curtains were so slow to open. We were lucky to leave after just one night, even though we had planned for three days, and the place was so bad that even a bad hotel would be better.
