From the moment we arrived, the hosts were kind, responsive, and went out of their way to accommodate special requests and late check‑ins, setting a positive tone right away. Small touches like coffee, creamer, and quick replies made it feel more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

I was completely disappointed: the staff were unhelpful, the room was filthy, and we were switched to a different room at the last minute. They accused us of smoking even though we are non‑smokers and threatened a $250 fine. There were no curtains, a wasp nest above the door, rotten wood under the porch ceiling, a nail we stepped on the second day, a ladder we tripped over on the porch, and a flower pot used as a railing.

The people running the bed and breakfast were great, and breakfast was really good. I had no issues at all.

The smallest room was in a barn, and when I asked about this, the owner sent a screenshot that said it was the lowest level of a room pricing, but did not mention a barn. When my husband arrived, it was a tiny room in a barn with no space to open a suitcase and a horrible ant infestation. The owner or manager was pleasant enough, but $100+ for a room in a barn is absurd! It was not a “farmhouse chic” location.
