“Nice”

The room and beds were comfortable, breakfast and dinner were good with perfect service—Paolo was especially friendly. The spa was small and crowded.

“Ein rundum erfolgreicher Urlaub.”

The location was very central and both breakfast and dinner were excellent; when we had a minor room issue we were upgraded, which was great. Plenty of parking was available and we felt comfortable and will return. It bothered us that many guests didn't follow the hygiene rules the hotel had clearly communicated, but this is a complaint about other guests, not the hotel.

The food was delicious and the place was close to the gondola; before dinner we received a light snack and drinks, the underground spa was perfect for relaxing after a hike, I ate too much, the gated parking gave peace of mind, and the view from the room was excellent. No negatives.

The hotel’s location near the bus shuttle is optimal and the walk to the cable car is perfect; the bike paths are also nearby along with the tourist information.

“Nice hotel with fair prices”

The room was cozy, breakfast and dinner were not special but nice, fitting a 3‑star hotel; the hotel offered private parking and the staff were friendly. It was a great base to explore the area. The small wellness area was full, so I couldn't use it.
