The Ivy House On Clarendon

“Great stay in renewed flat”

Thank you so much again for your effort; we had cancelled our stay and were placed by the original host in a beautifully renovated room. We loved the style, cleanliness, and especially the location of the flat. The parking situation is so well organized and easy.

“Would recommend to family and friends. Will hopefully be returning soon.”

Nice cozy bedroom and the layout of the property was good; the location was fine, a short walk to the city centre, and everything was good.

I was studying at Magee campus for a 2‑day course, so I booked twice in the same week because the place is super close to great spots and the marina, perfect for walks when I had downtime. The house was spotless and the shared kitchen and downstairs communal area were modern and ready for self‑catering. The private bathroom was large, well‑kept, and the room had plenty of helpful information. Nothing to complain about – it matched the photos exactly.

The place is clean and well‑maintained, and the host is very responsive. The shared kitchen is really handy and fully equipped, which is great for visiting since the main sights are a 10‑12 minute walk away. The only drawback was that our ground‑floor room faced the street, which stays busy from early morning until late at night.

“Für kurzen Städtetrip geeignet”

The reception was friendly, there was a luggage area before check‑in, and the kitchen could be used. The room was tiny, very noisy, with pigeons near the windows and a view of the courtyard that was a bit unsettling.
