I’ve stayed in several guesthouses in Bangkok, and this one is by far the best 🙏 – the room is spacious and clean, the bed is ultrasoft, and the air‑conditioner is strong. It’s located on a quiet side street, and they offer free 3‑in‑1 coffee in the morning. The price‑value is unbeatable!

I really liked my stay overall; it’s a solid choice for the price and the spot. The staff were friendly, and when I ran into a problem they responded right away. The location works well if you want to be in the old town near Khao San Road. My room was surprisingly roomy and super comfy, the AC was a lifesaver, and the shower was larger than most Thai showers. I’d stay again, and I have no real complaints except that when I got in, the drawers still had someone else’s boxers in them, but everything else was fresh and clean 😊
