The spot is ideal for visiting the Apulia region, especially around Bari, Monopoli, etc.; it’s clean, convenient, and parking is free. There’s a lack of outdoor space to relax, and it would have been nice to have a towel change mid‑week.

Quiet setting, very friendly hosts, the garden looks idyllic with fairy lights! The bed made a lot of noise and the walls are a bit thin.

The location is great for exploring the Itria Valley, quiet and with parking. The room was huge. When we arrived, we found hair in both the bathroom and the room. Even though daily cleaning is promised, over 7 days the place was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. The room had a coffee kit, but the communal machine’s water tank was filthy with sludge at the bottom. Trash cans weren’t emptied often, leading to a bad smell. The bed was uniquely uncomfortable, so after staying two more nights we switched to another property just to avoid waking up with back pain.

The setting was lovely, the location perfect and super convenient for visiting the Itria Valley. We felt very comfortable; the rooms were spotless and cozy, very nice.
