The reception was okay. I arrived on a motorcycle after a battery failure and needed a power outlet to recharge. When I entered the hotel, I expressed my concern and need. I was a bit disappointed… the response was “oh, it’s difficult, not possible, it’s going to be hard.” In the end, I found a power outlet along the hotel, but there was no guarded covered parking.

We arrived late after our Nice‑to‑Paris flight was cancelled, forcing us to take an early train from Aix‑en‑Provence the next morning. Despite the circumstances, we received remarkable hospitality. The gentleman at reception was very friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful, providing all the assistance needed to make those few hours on site calm and pleasant. The taxi he booked for us the next morning reflected that same hospitality, with a particularly attentive and available driver. A big thank you also to the breakfast lady, whose smile and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. The sense of service and level of attention are worthy of the finest hotels! The hotel itself is superb, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The breakfast is generous and delicious, another real highlight. We recommend this establishment with our eyes closed. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience, especially appreciated in an unexpected situation!

The only bright spot was breakfast, where the staff greeted us warmly and the spread was good and varied. We didn’t use the outdoor areas, but the pool and play zone look promising. The hotel turned out to be a poor choice: we arrived late on a Sunday evening, met a minimal welcome, and the restaurant was closed! We had to drive back to find the nearest chain “Mc.”, the comfort was mediocre, the room for three was tiny, there was no electric car charger, and the parking was very old. We won’t return.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for travelers with pets. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed was spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!
