Unfortunately, the room had a strong stench and was generally pretty grimy. The smell was overpowering and made it hard to relax. I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but the state of the room made it difficult.

The room was a bit of a letdown. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was in a sorry state - no toilet paper and no working water heater. It was a real shame, given the potential of the place.

The biggest issue was the lack of a working water heater, which made showering a real challenge. It was a pretty basic problem to solve, but it made a big difference in the comfort of the stay.
