I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the value for money, but the fridge was noisy until I turned it off.

Beautiful location in a historic building. We stayed in the apartment. Very welcoming and super clean. Nothing was missing! The online check‑in was super convenient.

Nothing good to say, and there was no water from 20.09.2026 in the taps or plumbing, with no response from the staff. We couldn’t wash ourselves.

Check‑in was easy, the place is great, and the room is big with stunning high ceilings.

The vibe of the place felt very evocative, with super tall ceilings in an old building right in the city centre. The beds were comfy, the AC worked well, and the coffee machine helped us start the day before heading out for breakfast. The whole check‑in, from uploading passport details beforehand to entering the building that day, was smooth, with the host replying within minutes on WhatsApp. It’s only a 5‑10 minute walk to the main Piazza and all the sights, including the leaning tower, and there are restaurants within a pleasant stroll; paid parking is about 300 m away on a public piazza where traffic is limited. We stayed just one night but would gladly come back. The stay was perfect for us; a suggestion would be to add some restaurant and cafe recommendations for breakfast. If someone isn’t tech‑savvy, the self‑check‑in might be tricky. The building’s age means the bathroom feels a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us at all.
