We were the only tourists in the hotel for two days, which was a big delight for the kids. The kitchen ladies were friendly. The pool was unfortunately too cold to enjoy fully. The location and lack of taxi options for exploring the area were disappointing.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and the furnishings were modern and like new. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The fitness room shown on the app’s facility logos was actually gone on site, which was disappointing. Compared to the fresh dining area, breakfast was sparse and bland. It was a shame. Usually you’d check in at a reception to get your room key, but this hotel had no reception. A security guard at the entrance asked for our room number and then directed us to the “Admin” area to check in.

Staff are nice, food is good. Near establishments like convenience stores. There's construction happening and they started working at 7am! We are not morning people so it's really irritating. I hope they included in the notes or gave us a heads up that they are undergoing construction. My husband and I lacked sleep for the 2 nights we slept there due to the noise. Construction people also like to yell at each other for some reason. It would've been the perfect vacation if it weren't for that

The room, linens, and towels were super clean! The swimming pool and jacuzzi weren’t temperature controlled.

I was blown away by how accommodating everyone was—rooms, staff, and the whole place. The pool and videoke were a hit, and a big thank you to Anthony for his help. It was definitely worth the price.
