I liked it because it’s the closest hotel to the university where my son studies, but the amenities were very poor—especially the shower, which was rough; the heating was weak, the bed was uncomfortable, and the price was high.

I have a very bad experience here. Horrible. I booked and I paid via Bookings.com of course. When I arrive at RCEE place at around 9pm the security guard turn me down because she said the hotel doesnt have a receptionist by 8pm and no one can accommodate my check in anymore. We were driving for 4hours and expected to rest then this happened. She just told me, to just process for refund. I tried to contact the property but until now there is no reply. This is very frustrating and ridiculous. This is the very first time that this happened to me. I use most of the time but sometimes I use bookings.com and this is very sad that this is happening and no one is taking reaponsility. I lost my money I dont know If I could get the refund cause until now on one is replying to me. No way im recommending RCEE place. Everything. I booked and I paid via Bookings.com of course. The location is fine and there’s no free breakfast, but the room could use a bit more cleaning and the cleaning‑product smell was a little strong at first.
