It’s a dream‑like, quiet, natural setting. Spotlessly clean, the pool is amazing, and the food is just as good. The hosts are incredibly friendly, helping out everywhere—even when looking for various animals. We had wonderful days and can only recommend this fantastic place!

Direct lake access for boat trips, good food quality, though the selection is very limited. Still, it’s far from major roads, and reaching the island with the monkeys takes over 30 minutes by boat. I think there are accommodations on the other side of the lake that are closer. Overall, the facilities are in advanced disrepair, maybe even abandoned… yet everything works: for instance, the photo of the canoe dock. Also, none of the canoe or trail walking activities were offered; I had to ask where they were, and the on‑site manager thankfully explained everything.

The natural surroundings and the pool area are the main highlights of this place, which is off the usual tourist routes—a definite plus. The food tastes good. We were lucky to spot caimanes, capibaras, a lazy iguana, and several frog species. For bird lovers (not me), the variety is overwhelming.

The setting is gorgeous in the middle of nature. The meals are tasty. The staff takes great care of guests. The floating equipment is aging.
