The hotel sits in a great spot in Suzhou, easy to explore on foot or by taxi; the staff are very friendly, the room is very clean, the bed is just right—not too soft or too firm—and the air conditioner works well, giving us good sleep over the four nights.

The spot is great—you can walk to the Suzhou Museum and the Pingjiang Road Cultural Park, and the staff were friendly and patient. The double bed, however, was a bit on the small side.

The hotel is excellent, right next to the railway station and smack in the middle of all the tourist spots, making it a perfect base for exploring Suzhou. I didn't find anything I disliked, though the room view could have been slightly better.
