Posizione. The carpet was in terrible condition and needed replacement, the toilet brush was dirty, the interior room had no view and was dark, and there were ongoing wall works with constant hammering and drilling. They could have moved me to another room knowing about the construction or at least informed me so I could decide whether to stay at the hotel or not.
