“Great stay and I look forward to staying there again!”

Having stayed here several times, I find myself enjoying it more each visit; the location is great, just a short walk from Hakodate station, the beds are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the free food and refreshments in the lounge are a nice touch. The only drawback is that the male dormitory is on the 7th floor, so you have to use the elevator—stairs are not available—but the elevator is usually fast and reliable, so it’s not a big issue.

“Amazing stay, I can't wait to come back”

I had a fantastic stay that made me wish I had more time here! The capsules were comfortable and came with a TV screen, radio, and alarm clock—fun additions. The location is great, very close to the train station, making it an overall wonderful stay. My visit was short, so there were no major downsides, though the room can be a bit loud; ear plugs helped but it wasn't a major bother.

“個人房：［浴廁］洗澡的地方偏小，剛要進去的坎有點高要注意。［房間環境］床整理的很乾淨，但床頭那邊木頭有些灰塵。［房間設備］如之前住客所說，冷氣出風口 有一點點髒。冰箱要冰東西的話記得要轉電源到開🥹。［公共環境］特定時間櫃檯那邊會有提供小零食”

There is a public bath and free snacks. The wooden area near the bed is dusty.

The staff were pleasant and the room was nice with comfortable beds, a TV, a couch, a massage chair and a bathroom, though it was a little small. The location was ideal, yet the place looks a bit rundown; the room lighting was harsh fluorescent, and a bedside lamp would have been welcome.
