We were greeted warmly by Martin on arrival, who was very friendly and welcoming, even gave our dog treats and upgraded our room; Jane at the restaurant was lovely too. Nothing to complain about.

The location was beautiful, the public areas lovely, the food good, and the staff very pleasant. The bedrooms were dated, especially the bathrooms, but everything was very clean.
