The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, the hotel offered fruit and welcome tea, and the baby loved it. The bathroom door was made of wood and a bit warped, making it hard to open and close, and the family room divider wouldn’t shut properly.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot and the staff are friendly and helpful, yet the room was not very clean, with pee stains on the toilet and a noisy AC, and the breakfasts were especially disappointing, the worst I’ve had in Vietnam.
