The Ocean View – Romance Package room offers an ocean view and a dedicated candlelight dinner for two, with a choice of shrimp or prime‑rib, plus a bottle of sparkling wine, bathrobes and slippers. A king‑size bed accommodates two guests, and the space includes a minibar and air‑conditioning for personal comfort. All standard room amenities are provided within the private enclosure.
The staff were friendly. Booking forced me to enter all my card details and I had to pay at the hotel, causing a lot of confusion and an awkward situation.

It was easy to communicate with the staff. They were very friendly. I did not like that I booked an inclusive hotel and I was not able to eat at any of the restaurants. Only the buffet. I paid for all inclusive and was never able to book on the app it always said either no space or my party of 3 was not able to get accommodated. That was a bummer very annoying
