“Comfortable”
The location was great, but the entrance was awkward; the car port at the back where you pick up your key had no handrails on the steps, and the key box opened all the slots when the code was entered, while the main door lock needed replacement—we had to go down and let a couple in because their key wouldn’t work. The front entrance has about eight steep steps that could trouble people with mobility problems, and this should be noted in the main info. The room matched the website photos, with lovely furnishings and small touches, but the bathroom was tiny and the fascia at the bottom of the shower tray jutted out at both ends, as if it had been kicked; we also found an empty lager can under the bed, so housekeeping could improve. Despite all that, it was a lovely stay, well‑situated and worth the price.
