“Great value, lovely food and attentive staff.”
The place is rich in history, and I couldn't find anything I disliked.

We appreciated how close the hotel was to the Belgrade Theatre and the bus stops to Birmingham and other destinations, and the rooms stayed stylish and spotless after every outing. The barman, however, seemed annoyed when we asked about a dinner reservation; he said a table of 32 people was ordering and he wasn’t sure we could be seated, but if we stayed in the bar he might try. After five minutes we decided to eat elsewhere, and he was just as upset, claiming the table had left and they could serve us, but we left anyway. The rest of the staff were lovely and very helpful, but that interaction left a sour taste.

The rooms were clean and tidy, but parking was a problem—there was nowhere to park except a fair distance away.

The location was great, right opposite the mall with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff were excellent.

The hotel was clean and modern, the breakfasts were fabulous, and the staff were always helpful. Nothing else to add.
