Very clean. Just off the interstate. It was in a dumping area with multiple trucks entering the driveway/roadway. The road had multiple giant potholes and after dark it would have been dangerous.

There was some sort of issue with the payment, and the person at the front desk could not speak english well enough to explain what was happening. The issue was eventually solved as far as I can tell, but only after they seemed to try to double charge me. The second charge did get refunded after I pointed it out to them, but I still don't know if it was intentional or what the payment issue was

It was conveniently located. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or inviting. She couldn’t locate my reservation at first and became very argumentative with me and refused to connect my phone to her computer. It took a man to come out and help her. Also the pool was not open in the summer heat, even though it’s listed as an amenity. The bathtub was full of rust, so I had to bathe a baby in the sink.

The spot was spot on, and the water hit just the right chill for me—no scorching skin. But the toilet seat was glued together with duct tape and a dream of a fix, and the smoke alarm seemed to ignore the summer street smog coming in from India; plus, there were no elevators.
