It was clean, but the elevator was out for all three days we stayed. There’s no ice machine on the first floor, and the breakfast was less than what we’ve had elsewhere.

We were late because of an event, so when we arrived the hotel had no elevator working and we were handed a room on the 3rd floor even though we were a single adult with three kids. The room had a terrible mold smell, and with two kids who have allergies and asthma we couldn’t stay. They refunded us, but there were no other rooms available, so we had to drive 25 minutes to another hotel. The online reviews were good, but this experience was awful.

The room was clean, the bed comfy, and I liked the shower. Breakfast was disappointing: the website promised cheese omelets or cheese to add to eggs, but neither was offered. Our scrambled eggs were overcooked, and the sausage was also overcooked. In other places I’ve stayed, the breakfast has always been excellent.
