What I liked most was the location and the room’s décor. The strict check‑in schedule and the way to access the room were a bit inconvenient, and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

The place was in a fantastic spot right in the center, and even in the hottest weather it stayed cool without any air conditioning. The vampire vibe was present, check‑in was convenient without an administrator, hot water was available, and the bathroom had everything needed. The bed wasn’t made, as if it hadn’t been changed after previous guests. There was no air conditioner (though that was mentioned). The electronic exterior door in the entrance was sometimes broken, didn’t close fully, and could not be opened from the outside, but fortunately many other guests came out, so we never waited more than three minutes.

The location was spot on, just a short walk from the city square and surrounded by great restaurants, so no worries about where we were staying. The room itself was perfect—clean, well decorated, and nothing was wrong with it, aside from a few minor nitty‑gritty details that don't really bother me. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning, and the shower was very small.

The location was excellent, the room was large and appropriately furnished for the setting.

The location was superb, just steps from Piazza del Campo (right under the tower’s shade). The building was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
