The staff were friendly, check‑in was easy, the room clean, and the location great. A grocery store is a stone's throw away. The building is dated, so I wouldn't expect 5 stars for what I paid. I could hear people walking above, but it quieted at a reasonable hour.

Location was unbeatable—right at the entrance to the Art Park/State Park. We stayed here last year too, during a concert night. The room cost a bit more this year, but the proximity to the Art Park made the extra price worthwhile. Nothing fancy, but it was fine.
