“Horrible experience with the stuff an Oscar don’t choose this resort!!”
The only positive was the location. The staff were unhelpful, the gym was under construction, the spa was closed, and the Italian restaurant was shut down. I booked the most expensive room, which included a butler named Oscar, but he was absent the first two days. There was no minibar in the room—just four beers and four sodas. The food was awful. It wasn’t an adults‑only venue as advertised, and the drinks at the bars were cheap liquor. Whenever I asked for fruit or anything else to the room, it never arrived and the staff blamed each other. The room was old, had a strange smell, and was falling apart. Construction noise rang through the resort. It was a very bad experience; I would not recommend staying here.
