The staff greeted us warmly and communicated well. However, there was construction on the fourth floor, and the crew cut a line in the sprinkler system, causing water to leak onto other floors. The fire alarm went off and we were restricted from our rooms for an extended period.

I had paid the full amount for my room, yet I was charged nearly $50 extra! Mold in the bathroom made it unappealing. The room looked nice at first glance, but the mold in the bathroom was off‑putting.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed, but the coffee pot in the room was terrible. Offering free brewed coffee in the bistro would be a great amenity, and it would also help to have a waste bin in the bathroom.
