Everything was fine, the staff were friendly, the beds were good, and the room was clean and nice.

Breakfast was good, but the room was dirty—especially the carpet and pillow covers had blood stains, a reading lamp was clearly broken (some parts had been removed), there were no blackout curtains, and the room was quite noisy.

The staff were kind, the bed was good, the food was good, and the view of the river was nice, but the floor in the room was dirty, not cleaned, full of dust and lint on the socks, and the bubble bath didn’t work at night, though we got a free second chance the next day, which was good service.
