Room Lusíadas with private bathroom

Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this property. My confirmed reservation was cancelled on the very same day of my arrival, leaving me in a very difficult situation and forcing me to look for alternative accommodation at the last minute. What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor communication and lack of responsiveness. I tried contacting the property several times, but my calls were ignored and I received no proper explanation or meaningful assistance. Cancelling a confirmed booking on the day of arrival, while ignoring the guest’s attempts to make contact, is simply unacceptable. Overall, a very frustrating experience and a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not book this property again

The accommodation is well‑located near amenities and transport. It was noisy, with outside sounds, other guests, and planes. The door handle broke repeatedly during our stay, even after we sent a message about it.

“Péssima experiência de atendimento”

The house sits on a great street in one of Lisbon’s best neighborhoods, with easy access to various transport options and restaurants. At first I was put in a room that didn’t match the photos, but the manager moved me to the correct one. However, she never gave me the door code, so I had to sleep on the living room sofa and couldn’t access my belongings or work. When I asked for two extra nights as compensation, the manager replied on WhatsApp agreeing, but the next day she told me she would only give one night, forcing me to find another place. On top of that, the place was dirty and I had to unclog a hair‑filled sink, and the stairs had no safety railings.

“Terrible”

The pictures were a complete lie; the place looked nothing like what was shown. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and the staff wouldn’t give me a refund. The room was filthy, full of hair and stained sheets, and when I asked for help I got no response, yet I was still charged for the booking.
