The location was good. However, it was extremely dirty; the cleanliness was the worst, with crumbs on the floor and hair and dust on the seats.

The hotel is in Piccadilly, but I couldn't get breakfast vouchers through any third‑party sites.

“Its was fair. Close to the airport and food places.”

The staff were generally helpful, but a noisy group of soccer youths upstairs made it hard to sleep; the bathroom in my room was unsanitary with hair in the shower walls and basin and urine on the tub that hadn’t been cleaned, so I had to disinfect it myself and tell the front desk, yet they did nothing; a motorcycle group outside my window revved engines, shouted, laughed, and blasted loud music, and the staff ignored it; the laundry room was filthy, requiring me to wipe down the washing machine and clean the dryer lint traps before use, and there was a large bag of clothes next to an overflowing trash can.

The place was dirty; a lady yelled at a cleaner, claiming you must be in a club to book, which she was in, and her mouth was disgusting; another man lied about rooms, booked five months in advance, then reversed and gave me a room that was just as dirty and nasty.

“Every hallway we went down smelled like pot. Rooms need to be updated. They didn’t even have usb charging ports.”

It’s close to the airport, but the décor is very dated and needs new carpet and paint; the hotel room bathroom lacks a privacy door; the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the mattresses need replacement; the handicap‑accessible room still has a bathtub instead of a safer shower; none of the doors on the property have automatic opening buttons for a mobility scooter.
