45 m² · 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed
Not bad, but overpriced; 120 eur per night is too much. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is enough space for 2 adults and a teen. The location is good; Olite is very small, so it’s nice to be not in the center. Free parking is on the same street. It’s not cozy because of the type of the apartment, it’s a loft, but not a cozy loft. The sofa on the first floor is not comfortable, and the bathroom is very tiny.
“Si tienes problemas de espalda, busca otro alojamiento.”
All the kitchen stuff is pretty new. To reach the bed you have to go up a staircase that ends with a protrusion on the ceiling that makes it easy to hit your head. The space where the bed is located, the ceiling height probably doesn’t exceed 1.5 m. The sofa bed isn’t really a sofa bed; it’s a chaise lounge with extendable parts and a very thin pillow, which makes rest and comfort difficult. There’s a small roll of toilet paper for three people. Honestly, a hotel room with three beds would have been the best option.
“Molt curta però agradable.”
Everything you need for a pleasant holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, TV, dishes, and Wi‑Fi. The bathroom is too small, almost impossible to sit on the toilet.
I agree with all the previous comments; there’s not much to add to the positives of this accommodation (central and renovated, those are the pluses). The space could be improved a lot; it’s not really a bedroom, the lower part is fine, but the upper part feels like a loft or a loft for storage. Our daughter is 1.43 cm tall and had to bend her head to avoid hitting it. Also the railing doesn’t even reach her knee. The price should be lower than 100 € to compensate for the shortcomings. In short, it can’t be considered a place for 3 people.
“Awful”
The location was great. The kitchen had a dishwasher, washing machine, etc., so it was very well equipped. There was a nice big seating area and a dining corner. Curtains were needed because the whole entrance is glass and the light disrupts sleep. There is only one tiny window at the entrance that’s supposed to air the entire studio. The air‑con/heater is directly over the entrance and the heat didn’t reach the seating area, so it was freezing. There is no bedroom! The bed is on the floor of a mezzanine with very steep stairs. You literally have to crawl into the space as the distance between the mezzanine floor and the roof is about 1.3 m—under 5 ft. The banisters across the space are so low that you could easily fall off—totally hazardous for children. Unfortunately, the fridge still had crusty remains of old milk, and when you sit on the toilet your knees hit the radiator, plus the toothbrush mug was full of different remnants of toothpaste. All in all, disastrous and for 120 € for one night. This apartment should not be classified as an apartment because the sleeping facilities and conditions were appalling and cannot be considered an adequate sleeping area.
